This holder comes with one memo pad and a less-than-fantastic pen. It's heavier than I expected, and looks better in person than depicted in the picture. It has a very strong magnet covering nearly the entire back surface, and there is no chance of it falling, now filled with a few pens and/or pencils and a lot of paper.
I actually have it on my white fridge along with the similar Forma Magnetic Memo Center and they both look great, much better than the white plastic organizer I had on there before. Plus I imagine they won't show all the pen/pencil marks that I kept having to try to clean off the old white one.
It's really a personal preference as to whether you would want this one with its simple styling, or the other one mentioned above, which has a see-through-grill front and a higher backing. They're very similar in size, so it's more about looks.

Just got it in and i totally LOVE this The magnet is SUPER STRONG and the design is very modern and sleek.
The pen really could do with some upgrading but for the price the holder itself would suffice! The pad is a simple white small note pad nothing fancy but again it does the job for grocery notes, etc.
Definitely recommend it and would buy it in a heart beat..:)
